Office Fit-Out After Fire

Following a significant fire event, the facility sustained extensive smoke, soot and heat damage throughout the property. The damage required a comprehensive commercial strip-out, decontamination and complete office fit-out reinstatement.

The impacted areas included the ceiling, HVAC systems, electrical services, communications, glazing, joinery, finishes and flooring.

Construct Services carried out demolition and strip-out works, cleaning and decontamination, ceiling framework installation, acoustic installation, HVAC works, electrical and lighting, glazing, joinery realignment, painting and new floor coverings.

The project successfully transformed the severely fire-damaged commercial property into a fully restored, modern and compliant office space, ready for full operational occupancy.
